A phablet is a mix between a phone and a tablet. Well, that was in the beginning, when they started to make all new smartphones huge, but that is pretty much the standard now. I don’t know if you still use the term anywhere. I don’t come across it more.
I am trying to write a fast school paper/market research about the tablet market, and I was just thinking about a phablet. Since all phones have become so big, is there still a need for people to buy a tablet?
I mostly see kids with a tablet, because adults primarily use either their phones or computers.
There were just some quick thoughts about this matter, which I hope we can bring up in class.
I was just reading a long article about the history of mobile and smartphones. There are some really interesting things about this subject, and also about the future of technology.
